My Coaching Style

I came to coaching after years of managing large teams within some of the UK’s biggest corporates, giving me a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by leaders and individuals in a business environment.

As a coach, I have a calm presence and the ability to be fully engaged with my clients whilst simultaneously respecting them and giving them plenty of space. I quickly build trusting relationships, appreciate each client’s individuality and navigate between support and challenge as required. I believe true change is achieved by digging under the surface and helping clients to identify their values and motivators, unblock unhelpful thinking patterns or limiting beliefs and move forwards with purpose, optimising their performance and progressing their careers.

Coaching is challenging, demanding and transformational. My ask of clients is that they come with an open mind and be fully committed to achieving change.
