My Coaching Style

With over 15 years of corporate experience in HR, Learning & Development and Digital Learning, I bring a unique perspective to my clients as an executive coach. As an ICF ACC accredited coach, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore what might be holding them back and move towards their desired goals. I support a diverse range of clients from all professional backgrounds, including neurodiverse adults, to focus on what truly matters to them and achieve practical alignment with their working environment.

My approach centres around helping clients gain new perspectives, change how they think and approach situations to get new and better results. I create a conversation rich in insight and learning by using a range of tools and techniques, including observation, questioning, listening and feedback. I coach clients to find new ways to resolve issues, produce better results and achieve their goals more easily, developing a greater awareness and appreciation of their own circumstances.

Empowering clients to unlock their full potential and make meaningful changes, I help them experience profound growth in both their personal and professional lives. With my focus and attention, I enable individuals to thrive in their endeavours and make significant progress towards their desired outcomes.

Testimonials

"I would like to say how beneficial coaching has been, far beyond my expectations. Each session has opened up the opportunity to really understand why I follow certain patterns and to put in place practical ways to move forward and to help re-focus or better understand certain behaviours that I would like to see changed.

I think what is most interesting is some of the comments I have been receiving from others recently, people have mentioned that I am holding myself differently and that I ‘appear sure of myself’."

"Caroline skilfully uses a wide repertoire of coaching techniques to move her clients forward in however long a session they have with her. Throughout her sessions, she successfully treads the fine line between questions that are neither too abstract nor too narrow.

The interactions I had with her showed that she’s committed to best industry practice and stands out as an example of professional coaching done right."

I. Hughes
Principal Consultant, Thales UK

"Caroline’s natural mannerisms lend itself to the coaching role as she is approachable and genuine, traits that can be rare to find.

Caroline clearly understands the more intricate aspects of human behaviours, allowing her to reconnect those she is coaching to areas they may not have previously been privy to.

I would definitely recommend Caroline as a coach to anyone that embraces the concept."
