My Coaching Style

My mission is to help human beings in all walks of life and business become more successful and fulfilled. Being coached isn’t difficult, but it can be uncomfortable. My aim is to work in partnership with you to find the right amount of support and challenge and then to make the experience both enjoyable and effective (dare I say, even fun!)

In our sessions, I will listen to you with all my senses and will draw from a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including Systemic, Cognitive-Behavioural, Gestalt, Solution-Focussed and a whole lot of humanity to facilitate you to gain new insights. You are the expert of your own topic, and I am an expert facilitator. Together incredible things can happen if you want them to and are prepared to do the work.

At the end of the day, coaching is your safe space to explore topics which are relevant to you. My approach is calm, warm, honest, open, non-judgmental and flexible - this is time for you to use as you wish, and I am looking forward to helping you to do your best thinking in ways that are not possible when thinking alone.
